Ender Trap the super basic I need ender pearls but just started my world mob system

Ok this is not the most efficient system in the world. But this should be something you could make in the first hour or two of game play. You can get loads of cobble and usually enough iron for two buckets. If your not into collecting a bunch of cobble by mining you can usually fine at least one block of lava within the first hour if you dig down and could use that to make cobble gen. Obviously this is much easier in modded MC but since everyone keeps asking me how I can get stacks of ender...

This is kind of a replacement for a series i did a while ago called achievement get. the reason i stoped doing it was because i got frequent crashes and world corruptions, so for this i will ONLY be doing monster, no add-ons. You can give me challenges and i will write it down on this post. The reason I chose a superflat survival is because i like a challenge, I will not be using mystcraft. But anyway, Let's Begin!

Compactish Compression Dynamo RF Production

One day I was wondering how I could fit a decent amount of dynamos in a reasonable space without wasting piping etc.

So I came up with this:

Each segment produces 480RF/t
Maximum amount of segments you can have in one "Engine" before wasting power is 20, because of the maximum throughput of the redstone conduits of 10k RF/t

It is either vertically scaleable or you can make it horizontal such as I have:

Infinite Lapis Lazuli

This is a little setup I made to show how to get infinite lapis:

This is mainly for newcomers, but basically, I have a rancher harvesting blue wool sheep and then I pumped it into a pulverizer, I then pumped the string into a trashcan and the lapis go into a chest. That's it! enjoy!

Good Day all

After playing around with the Horizons packs some I thought I start a new world and share my trip as I explore the pack fully and see what kind of trouble I can get myself into.

I have all the mods enabled in the horizons pack (well not all I am only using 1 map mod lol) and am using Biomes O Plenty for my seed generation. I did tweak the ore generation a little but not that much.

Quarrying a Hollow Hill

I know I'm not the first one to think of this, but I have to admit it's really satisfying to drop a Quarry on top of one of the large Hollow Hills in the Twilight Forest and just let it do its magic without having to spend all that time fumbling around in the dark, dodging mobs and trying to destroy spawners.

I recently watched the movie Frozen in the cinema and absolutely loved it, so naturally I decided to make a world based on Arendelle.

I am using the Resonant Rise pack to build this (it has carpenter's blocks which is vital for this build) but most of the stuff I use can be found across the 1.6.4 FTB packs.

Alright, so as I was working on the Natura pages for the wiki, I realized that it makes the Nether a fully livable place. I decided to do a playthrough where I only use the Nether. I will only be using the Overworld for an Aqueous Accumulator as water is not placable in the Nether. If there is an item that I need but cannot obtain, I will create a balanced recipe for it using MineTweaker (example: Potash Apple + 8 gold = 2 Apples). The resource pack being used is a custom version of Faithful...

I've wandered back to the forums, I must have smelled the delicious, delicious brains.

Now, instead of my normal habit of playing in a world a while, hitting my frustration level, and then leaving, to never post an update again ...

This time I'm on a server. Direwolf20 world. BoP active, but not in the surface world, so if we want to play in it, we need to find pages for it.

It was honestly the best compromise we could come up with to keep the overworld from being too dangerous for some of...

Been toying with magic crops and big reactors and out comes this crazy, almost rube goldberg-ish setup

the big reactor. this thing is 7x7, 25 blocks high. it has 5 fuel rods in an X configuration, with diamond blocks in between the stacks, and liquid ender on the perimeter. it needs 460 buckets (or ingots) of fuel...

How to Transfer 4000+ Items Per Second

I needed inter-dimensional item transport that could keep up with 27 maxed-out Borers in my survival world. Here is the prototype that I came up with. Surprisingly resource-cheap (though very expensive on power), too.

The creative strongbox represents the Borers. In reality, each borer would have its own chest, with a top output of 700 blocks per second, so you would only need one tesseract per Borer.

Unlimited and Cheap Glowstone Generator!

Okay this a method to farm glow stone. Pretty simple and doesn't require many resources to start. Here is what I use:

-Any block of your choice
-Energised Glow stone Bucket
-Gelid Cryotheum Bucket

(for this next bit feel free to use any method of breaking a block)

-A block breaker
-A Block Detector with a block filter linked to glow stone inside it
-Red stone Alloy Wire
-A chest

So, i was playing around trying to learn a bit about blood magic and i found out that the ritual of green grove worked on bushes via YouTube an the forums. So i said to myself "why not exploit that to my advantage?" and figure out a decently efficient mob essence system that will be nerfed somehow!!! ISN'T THAT LOVELY?!?! Anyway, back on topic. So the way it woks is i have a bunch of xp essence farms hooked up to a series of autonomous activators and i made it so that the activators were 10...
